creating categories by itself?

In my pipe settings, I have associated the pipe with a category.
However, in my posts created by pipes, depending on the keyword in the draft post, the pipe creates categories that match with my existing category list.
In other words, if I have a category, and the keyword exists in the post, pipe will associate it with those additional categories that were never selected.
Please advise.
