Creating Additional Search Keywords

    Is there a way for me to add additional invisible keywords that will cause a post to pop up on the WordPress search feature when the word is not actually visible in the post?

    Will meta tags do this, or will that work only for external search engines?

    I’m interested in the internal search capability … but getting the additional keywords in the external engines would be nice, too.
