creating a blog within a website

Hi Guys!
I have a web-site http://www.ft-studio.com
And I would like to create a blog http://www.ft-studio.com/blog

What I did:
1.I have Home static page
2. Created Blog static page.
3. Went to Settings – Reading and set home page as statiс and blog as post pages.
4. went to Posts. Created a new post. But it looks like an ordinary page – http://www.ft-studio.com/we-go-pink-for-october/
As far as I can see, if it is a post page there must be a date in the link, right?

another thing is when I am in editing mode for Blog page, it opens with coding in the link like this http://www.ft-studio.com/?rad_pr=1&request=blog%2F not just like I would like http://www.ft-studio.com/blog

Can anyone help me and indicate where is the mistake?
