Creates DB backup but not FileSystem

    hello,

    I’m trying to use WordPress Move to create backups of my company site.

    The thing is that when I go to Backup Manager and click on Create Full Backup. It does create the backup of DB and has +2MB of size and the file is correct. but I look at the filesystem backup and it Creates 2 Files of 0.0KB and 0.12KB and of course the files are corrupted.

    Any help? any thoughts about it? please I have being wasting a lot of time trying to figure out how to get this working.
