Created zip file is corrupted

I am using the Zip Attachment plugin that hasn’t been updated for awhile and looks like the author has stopped maintaining it. It still ‘works’ after commenting out a line as suggested from an old posts in his plugin support. I am using this plugin along with the WP All Import.

The problem I am facing is that after I re-run WP All Import or use the cron to update my products, the download zip button created from the zip attachment plugin says the file is unknown or corrupted. As mentioned earlier, the plugin is able to create a zip download successful if a new product is added to my xml file. As soon as WP All Import run again, I am unable to open the download images.
