Create virtue parallax

I’m trying to create the parallax effect slider that says “Like What You See?”
on http://themes.kadencethemes.com/virtue-premium-4/.

No matter what slider or settings I set, the slider won’t go full width. Can someone tell me which slider and settings where used on the virtue demo that allows the slider to go full width?
