    I have to add a function to my form where several items are listed and clients have to rate each item in the list from 1-10. What is the best way to achieve this with visual form builder?

    Hi, I would suggest using the select field or radio field for the 1-10 rank system. You can even supply HTML through the fields description if you need to display something like an image.

    how can I use the select or radio field when clients need to add a number? Is there a way to customize those? not the savviest with this kind of stuff

    You will need to pre-set the rating 1 – 10, and the user will pick from that dropdown. The Pro version does have a Likert field or range slider field that might function for what you are wanting. You can use the demo site below to give it a test.
