Create posts based on incoming http referrer

    Does anyone know of a plugin that does this, or a way to do this?

    Say you put a link to your site on this page:

    hxxp://othersite.com/dumbstory-from-the-news
    (you only post hxxp://yoursite.com on this page)

    and when a person clicks the link on that page it goes to your site but adds the site url on to yours and creates a post ie:

    hxxp://yoursite.com/othersite.com-dumbstory-from-the-news

    Has anyone seen anything like this done?
