Create post with open graph type data from external link

I’m not sure if such a plugin exists, and maybe I’m just not using the right words to search for it.

I’m interested in some sort of implementation like Facebook’s where a link is pasted and then Facebook pulls information from the external site such as, title, description, large image.

Ideally, pasting a link into a wordpress post edit window would then populate the title, post content, and image fields.
