Create Order payment & Checkout Api for android app

I have a Woocommerce website. I need a android application for it. The android develpoer said I have to provide API to him to make android app of my Woocommerce website. I am able to provide registration and login API succesfully to him. But Now I need to create order checkout and payment for registered user from the app. But The woocommcerce api is not working in browser i am using below API..But it says below error

status 401

How can I solve this and create order checkout and payment from app for my Woocommerce website. Please help
