    I have gotten a few orders where this “Create new label” option doesn’t even appear on the order page, and I don’t know why. For most orders, it is there. I have no idea why it does not appear on other orders. The address appears to be valid.

    Hi @dfoley75,

    The “create new label” button will show if the following is true:

    • Your store is in the United States
    • The shipping address is in the United States (and not armed forces)
    • At least one product in the order “needs shipping” according to WooCommerce (typically means a non-virtual product)

    If your orders meet the criteria outline above and you still aren’t seeing the “create new label” button, please create a ticket or share the relevant (but non-sensitive) order data here so we can help diagnose the issue.
