Create Menu not working

    Hi All,

    I’ve previously created a menu for my website which is working fine.
    But now i have a couple of pages i want to ad to the menu. If i go into Appearance – Menu there is no menu there, the pages i have previously created are there but not under a menu so i cant edit this.
    If i try to create a new menu nothing happens. I’ve tried creating a new one giving the menu various names but it will not create one, it all appears to be greyed out.

    I’ve also tried this on various browser to see if it was a browser issue.

    Anyone any ideas how to fix this

    Hi there,
    does this happen with the Customizr theme only or also with the Twentyseventeen theme?
    Also, does the issue occur with all your plugins disabled?

    Its on the customizr theme, just tried switching to other theme and its the same on them as well

    I see,
    so themes can be excluded as the source of the problem, right?
    What about plugins, have you disabled them?

    Yes i disabled all the plugins and its still the same.
    I can create a new menu by doing it in the customizr customise navigation menu section, but i cant create sub menus in this!
