Create form and receive files

    Hi,

    I am new to this wonderful world of WordPress! I’ve created a simple blog at datadrivenservices.com. I’s like my users to be able to:

    1. complete a form with their details
    2. upload data file(s) in a spreadsheet format.
    3. Once uploaded, send an automated email to me and the user
    4. ability to download the file and delete the original file from the blog
