Create dynamic link with querystring value

Hi,

I am new on this forum. I will try to describe my question as clear as possible.

We’ve got a page on our site with some static content:
http://www.datacollectief.nl/adressen-kopen/mijn-data-collectief/

I will lead visitors to this page by a link in an e-mail with a querystring, for example:
http://www.datacollectief.nl/adressen-kopen/mijn-data-collectief/?id=1234

I want the visitor to have a link on this page which is constructed by the value of the querystring: http://www.somesite.com/1234

Is there a possibility to manage this and, if so, how can I do this ?
