3) Are you trying to implement some specific checkout experience beyond what Woocommerce natively provides? Perhaps you’re trying to implement a particular payment gateway? Please spend a little time to explain what you’re trying to do when you say “checkout”, including any Woocommerce extensions you’re using.

There are a good number of WooCommerce checkout extensions. Or maybe you are using the native checkout scheme, IDK, I’m not familiar with their shortcodes. If you go to where ever you got the extension, assuming it is an extension, there should be a link to their official support channel somewhere. Use the above link for the native scheme.
If the checkout scheme is working as it should and simply does not meet your needs, if you outline what your specific needs are, someone else might be able to suggest an alternative. If you cannot find any alternative, you may need to customize the one that is closest to meeting your needs.

I found out that [woocommerce-checkout] is a native WooCommerce shortcode, but it’s not treated as a shortcode on your site. It looks like you are using Elementor page builder and I suspect that is the reason the shortcode is not working as expected. I recommend seeking help at their support forum to learn how to properly use shortcodes.
