Create an app linked to form manager forms

    I’ve got a wordpress site which collects data from users using the form manager plugin. It’s working well and I’m really happy with it. I now want to create a mobile application for iOS and/or Android so that users don’t have to login to the website to fill the forms, they could do it via an app. I have no idea where to start. Has anyone tried this?
