Create a PHP file connected to wp default theme

    i want to create a php file but connected with my default theme that i am using in wordpress. then when i create the file i want to upload it on my file manger so when i go to e.x. yoursite.com/test1.php it will open and it will show the file i created it with the deafult theme i am using. Also have the header,sidebar and footer.
