Crazy Refresh Rate?

Hi, I am trying to use a slider in the Carousel mode with 2 slides showing at a time. However, something strange is happening on the page – it seems to be refreshing rapidly. I am not sure if some bit of code is broken and causing an infinity loop, but this can’t be right. Any ideas on what to check? Thanks!
