Where do you see this information? And is the URL mentioned yours or someone else’s?

The Google Search Console reports in the view you are probably referring to which URLs from your website Google has already recognized. However, they have not yet been indexed – a Google bot must first visit them again and evaluate them in more detail. This can take some time, and unfortunately, you cannot speed up the process.

The URLs mentioned also exist on your website. They are therefore genuine.

The only thing that stands out is why these WordFence parameters are attached to some URLs. In my opinion, this shouldn’t be the case. But for this, you would need to contact the WordFence support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordfence/
