    Hi @sheahulse,

Quite unfortunate to hear about this.

As a first step, kindly check whether your hosting environment meets these server requirements – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

If these requirements are met, the next step would be to try some sort of a conflict test where you first change to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One and disable all plugins then try installing WooCommerce. Once WooCommerce is installed, reactivate your theme and plugins, one by one, checking for the one that would cause the site to crash.

Whichever outcome you get, kindly check for any logged PHP errors that were generated when trying the above and share them with us. You can find them from one of the locations explained in this article – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/.

    Thanks.
