Hi @shawnwrightres really sorry to hear about your difficulties.
My assumption is there is a conflict if you are able to submit a WooCommerce.com support ticket including your system status info OR share some more info here about what extensions you are using and version of PHP, WordPress and WooCommerce we’ll investigate.
If you have a staging site you could try some conflict testing and disable then activate extensions until things work to help pinpoint as well.
I’ll keep an eye on this thread.

Thanks @petervandoorn that’s indicating a conflict with BackWPup’s version of Guzzle – I’ll add that to our list of known conflicts
Thanks @shawnwrightres that is super helpful – I went through each extension and it looks like the conflict for you is occurring with the Simple Sales Tax extension.
I’m discussing internally how we can handle these old Guzzle dependencies better and will aim for a release very soon.
