Hi @theodorevr,
You can find a guide on how to connect your PayPal account on this page: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/
Connecting an account can be done with your login credentials through the “Connect to PayPal” button, so there is no need to enter the API credentials manually.
Can you elaborate on which “old plug ins [..] are not working anymore”?
Thanks!
Kind regards,
Niklas
I think this is a bigger issue. This has also disabled my client’s site and the setup for the plug in doesn’t even ask for a merchant ID, client ID or a secret.
When I try to check out, it asks me to put in a coupon and get stuck even after I disabled coupons.
I went through Connect to PayPal button and then didn’t work.
Further, the standard PayPal payment method no longer works either.
Any ideas? I need to get this back up and it was working fine yesterday and I didn’t do anything.
Actually I watched the reviews and the update is catastrophic. Like they released a new plugin without even checking if it worked. Which led to a huge series of 1 star reviews for this plugin (which is even too high a grade).
@ellene, jsut delete the plug in and go back to the old ones. Best
