I can’t load the update because I can’t get into the site.
Even though the site is down, will WP be able to automatically update the plugin?
@engine44 Do you have cPanel or FTP access to the website? If yes, go to wp-content/plugins/ssl-zen and rename the folder to ssl-zen-backup. After that your website you be online.
I don’t have access to the files for this particular website but I can direct the owner as to what to do. For my other sites, I went to cPanel and deleted the zen files. Then I downloaded the upgraded plugin. Thanks.
