CRAPPY ResponsiveVoice Website Agent

I guess I’m just unlucky as my browser’s web page calls this “Website Agent”, yet the company’s support (HA!) crowd call it “Voice Agent”. They’re either horribly confused or they just haven’t bothered to upgrade/change/alter its name. I guess it’s LEARNBRITE (Yeah RIGHT, but not so BRITE) who should be taking full responsibility for the abysmal and pathetic way the whole deal is put together. Their Knowledge Base couldn’t find their own elbow up their backside.

You tell them you’re using Website Agent, and they go on about the myriad of versions available. What? Who cares about what else they have? Must be their idea of marketing. NOT!

I suppose the bottom-line is: If you need a TTS app, don’t go here. To their credit, they do offer pretty fast refunds, but I’d say they’re used to that.
