CPU t.47 is this bad? please help

    %77.08 one of my domains is using this percentage of my cpu on my server.

    Top Process %CPU 30.0 [php]
    Top Process %CPU 26.0 /usr/bin/php /home/webs/public_html/dm/index.php
    Top Process %CPU 18.0 /usr/bin/php /home/webs/public_html/dm/index.php

    can someone help me? whats causing this! the plugins are not causing this i already disable most of them! and doesn’t fix this!
