Hi @justinsmith19
Unfortunately, the link to the provided page does not include any filters from our plugin. Can you display them so that we can check it?
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi, apologies, we were doing testing. It is visible now.
It seems like an issue with the VAR names. Go to Filters > Settings > VAR Names and change them to something unique, like fe_cat, fe_color, and so on, then hit the Save button. After that, go to the page with the filters, refresh it, and try filtering again.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi @fesupportteam
I’ve changed the VAR name to “cp_cat”, but still get the same issue.
Please advise.
By any chance, are you using an Elementor archive template on this page with the Loop Grid set to “Current Query”?
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor
Yes, exactly, it is an Elementor archive template with a Loop Grid set to “Current Query”.
Is this correct? What is the solution?
Hi @justinsmith19
Currently, this issue is being investigated by our development team. A few days ago, we were informed about a similar problem, and we were also able to reproduce it on our side. It is now under review, and as soon as there are any updates, we will inform you immediately.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi Victor
Thanks, will wait on your update, hopefully very soon.
Regards
Hi @justinsmith19
Update on this issue, the fix was succesufully implemented, and it will be included inthe 1.9.2 update.
We cannot provide the fix on it’s own, as it is interconnected with the 1.9.2 features as well.
Best Regards,
Victor
Hi @justinsmith19
Version 1.9.2 has been released.
However, please note that while it includes a fix, the free version might not work with the Elementor page builder if it applies custom queries to archive pages. It should work fine with the default main query.
Best Regards,
Victor
