iv added all shortcodes on a page in the wp editor is this correct ?

It’s not mandatory but you can use it to include dynamic content of courses in posts and pages on your site.

You will find information about the CoursePress plugin on the following page.

If it doesn’t work for you then you can just try on your development site using default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
