Coursepress translation issue

    Hello, WPMU DEV staff!

    After updating my Coursepress plugin to version 1.2.6.3 (latest version as of September, 29th 2015), I have an issue with CP translation: my site is in Russian (ru_RU) language and I have a fully translated CP (cp-ru_RU.po file created using Poedit) but all CP-related functionality is still in English.

    Prior to 1.2.6.3 update everything was fine. At first I thought that there was an issue with the older version of translation file (which I keep since the 1.2.5.1 version of CP), but having created a new translation file using cp-default.pot from current CP version (using the latest Poedit version) I still experience the same behaviour – translation does not work (checked with different WP installations – no luck whatsoever).

    Any help would be really appreciated.

    Hi, i’ve the asme problem 2 files translated in italian languages called
    coursepress-it_IT.mo and coursepress-it_IT.po in folder /wp-content/plugins/coursepress/languages
    Doesen’t work. Could you help me please?

    Hi i’ve renamed in cp-it_IT.po
    cp-it_IT.mo but doesent works… i’ve used also another plugin called locotranslate…. this could be the problem? I’ve tried to uninstall it but nothing change.

    Hey again gatti36,

    I’m not really familiar with locotranslate but as far as I know .mo files are generated automatically as soon as you re save .po file.

    Either way since you’re using premium version of the plugin please open a thread on WPMU DEV forum so we can investigate this further. You can open a thread here.
