Course, lesson not found via permalink

Hi all

I’ve just added the plugin and upload a course and lesson, however when i click on the permalinks for them the course is not found.

http://www.ohfinancials.com/courses/wound-management/

I can see the course in the following link but when I try open it takes me to the above link which has no content.
http://www.ohfinancials.com/lp-courses/

Does anyone know why?

Also am I running a completely outdated version of the plugin? 2.1.6.1 was the available version.
