• Hi,

    I have the following problem:

I have a website in which I sell courses with an enrollment period of 60 days. After this period I let TutorLMS send out an email with the question if the customer wants to renew the course for an additional 30 days for an x amount of euro.

This is linked to uncanny which after payment automatically enrolls the person to the course again only I can’t specify the enrollment period. It automatically assumes and takes the full course enrollment period of 60 days.

Is there a way I can handle this in TutorLMS to set for renewals a smaller period or let TutorLMS handle the whole thing together with WooCommerce?

I don’t want to use the subscription option since it just needs to be a one-time purchase for students.

    Regards,

    Sander

  • Hi @sanderk2k ,

Thank you for reaching out. Custom enrollment expiration periods are available in Tutor LMS Pro through the Enrollment Expiration feature. You can configure enrollment duration and control course access periods directly from Tutor LMS.

    Please review the following resources:

    Hi Maizul,

Thanks for the reply! The problem is you can’t set a custom renewal enrollment period.

Let’s say someone wants to buy my course for an initial period which is set for the course: 30 days.

After these 30 days I would like to upsell to the student to renew the course at the end for another 7, 14 or 28 days. Currently this is not possible, the person needs to buy the entire course again for the 60 days which is more expensive.

So is it possible that after the initial purchase there is a renew option for smaller periods and different prices?

    Hi @sanderk2k,

Unfortunately, this is not possible in Tutor LMS Free. The Course Enrollment Expiration feature is part of Tutor LMS Pro. Since this forum is dedicated to the free version, please contact our support team for further assistance https://tutorlms.com/support/

    Hi @maizul,

I know I have the Tutor LMS Pro version and still it doesn’t allow me to customize multiple enrollment validity for the same course.
