Courage theme – Slider not working

Hi!

I’m a bit frustrated and flustered. Have been working on blog and just cannot locate what I’m doing wrong or omitting. The website and page are as follows:

I’ve set this up as a Magazine-type page. The name of the theme is COURAGE and it’s supposed to allow for a magazine page with a nice slider. I got so frustrated that I’ve downloaded a plugin called HugeIT or something like that; it’s showing UNDER where the slider should be.

How do I fix this? I’m not very adept at all, so please give clear instructions. (I’m happy to remove the HugeIt slider if the original one works…)
