Coupons used more than limit

    Hi,
    I searched the forum but did not find the issue in any found posts.

    I have only one virtual product in my shop.
    I’ve set the percentage coupon limit to 120 and one coupon can be used only once by user.

    What I see is that Usage / Limit is now: 124 / 120
    How is that possible? Are there any special circumstances that one coupon can be user more than once?

    Hi Adam,

    Are you using the default WooCommerce Coupons or is there a plugin involved?

    I ran a quick test on a local install and I am not running into this issue, but I may not be setting my test up correctly.

    Can you take a screenshot of the settings for that coupon and send that over using snag.gy?

    Hi,
    I use default WooCommerce Coupons.
    I also tested using some now coupon and there wasn’t any issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshot. Taking a look at the coupon settings, it is correctly setup.

    What I see is that Usage / Limit is now: 124 / 120

    If this is still happening, let’s check if this is a conflict.

    First, backing up your live site before any testing and updates is highly recommended. If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging. This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

    Temporarily switch your theme to one of our default – Storefront or Twenty Nineteen, then deactivate all plugins except for one – WooCommerce. If it shows correctly, then it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Reactivating each plugin one at a time, then see if the issue pops up again will tell us which plugin is conflicting.
