Coupon strange behaviour

Hi guys. Something really weird is happening with the coupon on the latest Woocommerce version.

The scenario is the following.

I set up a coupon of let’s say total 60 USD. That coupon is set to fixed product discount and I select to apply it on 3 products. The idea is that once someone adds those three products in their cart, they will be able to benefit from the coupon discount.

PROBLEM 1: If you only add 1 of the three products, then the coupon is applied. Normally it should apply when you add all 3 products.

PROBLEM 2: The second issue, is that let’s imagine someone adds all three products in their cart. Each product is 20 USD. Normally the coupon should take 20 USD from each and therefore apply a total of 60 USD discount. However, we noticed that when someone adds 3 times the first product (USD 60) and removes the rest, the discount still applies!!
