Coupon Menu Panel not display

Hello, I’ve installed this plugin on our website. In the wordpress admin panel, under the woocommerce menu should display “coupons” and “coupon generator”. The coupon generator panel shows up however the coupon panel does not. On top of that, there is no place to put in the coupon upon our checkout page. We’ll let you in on our backend in a private note or email. Hopefully this issue can be fixed. Thank you.
