Coupon maximum discount value not working

    I have a 10% discount code, but have set the “Maximum discount value” to 50 expecting it to limit the discount to 50€ maximum, but it does not. It still applies the 10% fully, over 50€ for products at 1000€ for example.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Just to clarify, the Maximum discount value field is not part of the default WooCommerce coupon settings, so it may be coming from an extension.

    Could you confirm whether you’re using Smart Coupons or another coupon/discount extension for this?

    If this is from Smart Coupons, please open a support ticket so one of our Happiness Engineers can take a closer look.
