Coupon field not displaying | WordPress.org

Hi guys,

I am using Woocommerce with Plaxer theme. I am facing an issue trying to use coupons, as clicking on “Click here to enter your code” doesn’t do anything.
I know that the textbox is there hidden, as I can see it using developer’s tools, and open it removing the “display:none” property.

Anybody knows how to solve this?

Hi @darkpuff

It’s possible that the display: none is coming from your theme, or from another plugin. Do you have a link to your site so we can take a look?

To get there, you have to go to “Tienda” add something to the cart and go to checkout.

Hi @darkpuff,

I just took a look at your site and when I look at the checkout page after adding a product to the cart, the Coupon box shows up right away and isn’t hidden as you can see from the screenshot below:

Perhaps you’ve already resolved the situation.
