Coupon Failing When Applied

    Hi team,

    Some of our users are reporting failed coupon applications — the coupons exist in WooCommerce but they get an error when trying to apply them. For example, users see [insert exact error message].

    I checked the WooCommerce logs and found this entry:
    FeaturesController: Invalid plugin file ‘…/wp-content/plugins/wp-event-solution/core/woocommerce/hooks.php’ for feature ‘custom_order_tables’.

    Not sure if this error is related to the coupon issue, but I wanted to share it in case it helps.

    Setup details:

    • WooCommerce version: 10.5.2
    • Eventin plugin version: 4.1.3
    • PHP version: PHP 8.3

    Any guidance on whether this log entry could be causing the coupon failures, or what else I should check, would be appreciated.

    Hi @ksnstudio,

    Thank you for sharing the detailed information along with the log entry.

    At the moment, we are not experiencing this issue on the latest version of Eventin. The coupon functionality is working properly on our end. For your reference, here is a test result from our environment:

    Could you please let us know the exact error message users are seeing when applying the coupon? That will help us better understand the situation.

    Regarding the WooCommerce log entry related to custom_order_tables, we are also reviewing this from our side. However, at this stage, we do not see any direct indication that this is causing a global coupon issue.
