Coupon Date expiration is broken

Basically, we are trying to set up coupons via woo-commerce, but every time we follow the required date format (for when the coupon will expire), it automatically changes it to the wrong format!

I’ve tried changing the timezone and date formats in the general settings but, unfortunately, nothing has worked, if anyone has any suggestions, that would be fantastic!
