Coupon Codes

I am running WP and Woocommerce on my site quarantinestudio.com and it has been well for over a year. Lately, I have wanted to offer a coupon for different social media and forums that support my site. This gives me insight as to where I should spend my marketing dollars. So I created 4 unique coupon codes and distributed them to the different channels.

These were cart % discounts with select product exclusions. However, I am not having much luck with them. I had one customer make a purchase and the code worked but then it stopped working. The code is limited to once per user but no one else can get the code to work. When I tried it I kept getting the same error: Please enter a coupon code.

Any clue?
