Coupon code not being accepted

    Hi,

    I have created a coupon and when I go to checkout, it keeps saying coupon is invalid.
    I have tried different coupon types ( name & money) with exact name, contain and less than for amount, but nothing appears to work.

    Is there something I am missing somewhere else, a setting maybe?

    In addition,..the coupon is active with dates entered for the current week.

    I have also tried different rates/percentages….no difference

    The coupon is being applied to a single product
