    Hello,

We have an issue that we experienced back in November of 2016 that has come back from the dead. =) The original ticket # was 30077. We can’t see it in our ticket history but hopefully it shows up on your end. If not, let us know and we can attach the original email thread.

The simple version of this issue is that visitors inside and outside the network for http://www.papionrd.org will randomly receive the Custom Country Blocker web page we setup when visitors coming from the ‘allowed’ USA country go to http://www.papionrd.org. Here’s a screenshot that we experienced today from our office in Omaha through the ISP of Cox Communications: https://i.gyazo.com/5be4f99600084790284c0c1242315dc8.png

Right now we have completely disabled the Wordfence plugin to avoid continued frustration or legit visitors in the USA seeing the Denied Access page.

    Their hosting provider is GoDaddy.

And finally, one other thing to mention from the Papio NRD IT technician regarding the previous ticket #30077:

Here’s the short, short version: All links on the web site must have the www.

Here’s the short version of the problem: Any link on our website that does not have the www will be broken for anyone within the Papio business network. Adding the www will fix the issue.

Here’s the long version of the problem: Internally papionrd.org refers to our Windows Active Directory, so the root domain name resolves to the domain controllers, not the website. By adding the www it explicitly refers to the host out on the interwebs so it will work. This is an issue we encountered and corrected last October when we launched the new site.

I’ve contacted WordFence Support, but they keep closing my ticket about this so that is why I am posting here. Please take a look and let us know if what your thoughts are and how we can resolve this issue.

Please reply to support@jmwebdesigns.com thank you!
