Countries List Doesn’t Work

Hi, I tried to change the countries to US and CA (Canada) but it keeps giving me the entire list. I tried your version and it worked at first. After I changed to US/CA only, it doesn’t. I cleared all caches. I even deleted the plugin, re-uploaded your original version and now it won’t work at all, anymore.

What am I missing? TIA
