Counting Posts… but stopped indexing them.

    Hi Mikko

    Wondering if you can help me.

    The plugin indexed 300,000 posts… but now it will not do the last 302238 posts. Please help. Thank you.

    Here’s my tip: don’t use Relevanssi. Relevanssi is not a good choice for a site with 600K posts. It’s not built for numbers like that. It’s quite likely your web server simply cannot complete the index as it’s just too big.

    Its a shame, its the only search engine that doesn’t slow down my website.

    Have you tried Relevanssi Light? If not, give it a go. I think it’s one of the best free options for a big site. Other than that, you need to look for external search engines like Elastic, but at 600k posts, those are very expensive if bought as a service.
