    Hi,
    The download counter has stopped working. My settings in Settings > Advanced > Reports is:
    IP Address Logging – Store full IP address
    Count unique IPs only – disabled

    I’ve also tried disabling the cookie check for the 1 minute interval using:
    add_filter("dlm_enable_window_logging", "__return_false");

    Any further help aprpeciated.

    Hello @andyt1980 ,

    Could you please provide us with a few more details?

    1. When did you first notice the issue? Did it start after updating Download Monitor Lite?
    2. Are you testing while logged in as an administrator?
    3. Which browser are you using on what operating system?
    4. Could you provide a link to a test page containing one of the affected downloads?
    5. Are you using any caching plugins or server-side caching?

    This information will help us investigate the issue more effectively.

    Sorry ignore my post, I’ve just realised it only logs the download when the browser asks you for the download location/folder. When testing in an incognito browser it logged the download. But when using the same browsing session in a non-incognito browser the browser doesn’t ask for the download location and just automatically downloads to the downloads folder, in this case the download is not logged by the plugin.
