Countdown timer doesn't animate and is static

I am embedding the timer into a post.
Timer shows, but seconds are static and don’t move.

Don’t see any java script errors on the page.
This is the short code I am using.

I am using the newest version of the plugin, wordpress, and the raindrops theme.
