Count access don’t work

Hello,
the plugin does not record any access to the site. I have updated to the latest version both wordpress and plugin. At first it worked, now not anymore. I have also deactivated and reactivated the plugin but without real results. What can I do to understand what’s wrong?

The portal has increased from an average of 2000 visits per day to 0. I found the anomaly because although there were new comments to published posts, the access counter remains at 0. Also I tried to access the site from different PCs and geographical locations such as home, work, smartphone, home of friends, but without having any increase, always stopped at 0.

I await a feedback on the problem.
