    Using WordPress 5.5.3

    Coming Soon & Maintenance Mode pages, click Preview and you get a blank page–even if enabled /seedprod/sp-cs/?preview=true

    Click Edit Page for either, shows Edit page and 3 sec later automatically loads the Templates page–and Templates are a Pro feature
