Couldn’t find bullet

I downloaded a WP theme in the internet.
When I view my layout, the side bar is pushed down.

I believe it’s because of the bullet in the left side of the “Pages” part. And notice it’s a different kind of bullet than my
<li tag?
I can’t seem to find where the problem is.
