    I installed the plugin and linked to paypal.

    When someone attempts to buy an item, they go through the process and when it’s time to checkout, the error message is Could Not Create Token.

    So, the purchase fails.

    What could the problem be caused by?

    thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    We have seen this issue before and believe this issue is caused by an error while connecting to PayPal with API keys. Can you please disconnect and reconnect your account via the connect wizard (blue button “Activate PayPal”)? This should generate a new REST API and resolve the issue.

    If this does not help you fix the issue, let us know and we can take another look.
