Couldn’t be activated

I couldn’t even activate the plugin.
Here’s the error message I received:

“Sorry, but you can’t run this plugin until you fill in your first name and last name in update profile fields. Update your profile to fill first name and last name and then activate this plugin.”

I stay very busy and don’t have time to dedicate trying to fix their problems.
